Protein Cheesecake Recipes
Protein cheesecake is one of my favorite protein dessert recipes. The ingredients that you can use to make a high protein cheesecake (or a regular cheesecake) are naturally high in protein – cream cheese, quark, greek yogurt etc. Adding protein powder and using natural sweeteners instead of sugar make these recipes sugar free, very high protein, and even healthier.
With protein cheesecake recipes, you really don’t have to sacrifice taste or texture either. You can achieve rich, creamy, and decadent protein cheesecake that will match any other cheesecake you’ve tried. I’m salivating as I write this!
